Training TTC Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra can be of influence in various contemporary complaints such as:

It is partly for these reasons that we at Fit Flex Relax find this an enormously important practice and offer this training.
The goal of Yoga Nidra is to come into a state in which you are in the theta phase of your mind. In this state the conscious part of the mind is asleep, so that the subconscious mind comes to the fore. This is where the real strength lies in Yoga Nidra. In this phase the brain can be re-programmed.
Yoga Nidra was discovered and developed as a technique by Swami Satyanada of the Bihar School of Yoga. With contemporary scientific research, the technique has been adapted and has become the current form that is accessible and effective.
Participants must meet the following criteria:
Depending on the participants, the training can be given in English. This means that a good command of the English language is necessary.
Be fit. We recommend to start training fit. It is not a requirement to have yoga experience or anatomical knowledge. However, it is recommended to have at least 3 months of yoga experience and some (yoga-)anatomical knowledge.
If the student is undergoing medical treatment, we would like to receive a detailed description of the medical history. In consultation we will admit you to the course.
